Poland offers a broad range of investment incentives. Investors have access to government grants funded under the Support Program for Investments of material impact on the Polish economy in 2011 – 2023 (employment grants and investment grants). They can also take advantage of tax holidays (income tax relief in Special Economic Zones; property tax holidays) and instruments co-financed by European funds.

Large international corporations are already looking at investments in Poland. For example, LG Chem’s board has reportedly approved a new $571 million investment to increase the production capacity to 70 GWh, which they believe will support the production of 300,000 electric vehicles per year.

The planned production increase comes after LG Chem has signed battery supply deals with companies like VW, Audi, GM, Lucid Motors, and Faraday Future. more...

Spain's Ibereolica invests in wind energy in northern Poland


 A company belonging to Spanish renewable energy group Ibereolica will build a wind farm in Pomorskie province, northern Poland, the group's second investment in recent months.

The cost of the farm to be located in Debnica Kaszubska is estimated at PLN 100 million (EUR 22 million), the investor said in a Tuesday press release.
